Webbing Material 100% high tenacity & high tensile strength polyester yarns of low elongation, size 1", 2", 3" and 4" wide available with different lengths and colors
Usually a Ratchet Tiedown Lashing Cargo Strap consists of 2 parts: A fixed length of webbing with an end hardware hook on one end and a ratchet buckle at the other end, which is called the short anchoring part; and the other part of a long webbing with hook at one end for lashing tiedown by adjusting the length through mechanism of the ratchet buckle; the buckle handle bar comes with aluminum, steel or soft rubber types
There are also one piece lashing straps, say webbing belt with a ratchet buckle or a cam buckle at one end as an assembly unit for lashing tiedown
Safety factor usually 2:1 or per requests, and the hardware ratchet buckles and other hardware equipped must match the desired WLL and BS of the finished assembly
Meeting Standards EN12195-2, machinery directive 2006/42/EC, AS/NZS 4380 and ASME B30.9, DOT etc.
