A: Yes, we do provide custom manufacturing and OEM services to meet your specific requirements. Please contact us to discuss your needs with your idea(s), drawing(s) or actual sample(s); or existing items with custom logo(s).

5. Q: Are your company / products certified?
A: Yes, our company is ISO9001 certified; and our products comply with international standards such as CE, TUV & RoHS, etc.; certificates are available upon request.

6. Q: How can I get a sample / Samples, and the sample cost?
Please contact related sales or directly email at sales@qdhidea.com for sample(s).
Sample(s) Cost: Usually we provide FREE sample(s) value less than USD50.00, while Buyer bear the Charge of Express delivery cost, and kindly note we only send the sample(s) by Express Courrier such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, and TNT for your option.

A: We accept various payment methods, including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer through the Bank), L/C (Letter of Credit), and PayPal. For more details, please consult with our sales to decide the most convenient & favorable payment method for you; after decided, our account for payment will be provided to proceed.

9. Q: What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
A: MOQs vary depending on the product sizes & categories, please contact us for specific details.
IV. Shipping and Delivery

10. Q: How do you offer international shipping?
A: We ship worldwide via air, sea, or land freight (Say China-Europe Railway Express etc.). We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe & timely delivery.

11. Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping time depends on the destination and shipping method. Please talk with our sales or logistic staff for specific cases.

12. Q: Who handles customs clearance?
A: We can arrange customs clearance for you, or you can use your own customs broker; please let us know your preference in due course.

13. Q: What shipping documents do you provide?
A: We provide all necessary shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin upon request, or other certificates based on bilateral or multilateral trade agreements.
V. Quality Control

14. Q: How do you ensure product quality?
A: We have advanced production lines & a strict quality control process, including pre-production inspections, in-process checks, and final inspections before shipment, say testing & inspection labs of chemical & hardness, spectrometer analysis, fatigue testing, magnaflux crack detection, tensile strength testing up to 2,000kN, low temperature impact testing etc., and also strict finished products packing standards with follow-up ID for batches & individual product.

15. Q: Can I visit your factory for a quality inspection?
A: Yes, we always welcome clients to visit our company for inspection & business negotiations; please contact us to schedule a visit when it is convenient for you.

16. Q: What if I receive defective products?
A: We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive defective items, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue promptly by repairing, replacement, refundment or other means at your satisfaction.

17. Q: How can I get a quote?
A: You can request a quote by sending us an RFQ sheet, or filling out the form on our quote form, or emailing any of our official sales mail boxes.

18. Q: Are your prices negotiable?
A: Yes, we offer competitive pricing and are open to negotiation, especially for bulk orders.

19. Q: Do your prices include shipping costs?
A: It can be including shipping cost; if not requested or specified, all our quotes are based on FOB Qingdao, China.
