Aluminum Cargo Parting Wall Locks, also known as Cargo Planks or Cargo Tension Boards, are designed to construct the dividing walls between cargo sections in a shipping vehicle or warehouse, with a range of adjustable lengths usually 2,400mm to 2,700mm
The planks are typically placed horizontally between cargo items to create a barrier that prevents them from shifting or falling over during transport
The end clamps of cargo planks and plank wall thickness are essential and decisive to the working load of the assembly; The F clamps are either made of casted steel or stamped steel with spring tensioning mechanism; the planks themselves are made of extruded high quality alloy aluminum
It is important to choose the right weight and working load cargo planks properly according to the load types and weight to ensure the shipping and cargo safety, and to make it cost effectively
Aluminum cargo planks meeting standards & rules of FMCSA Cargo Securement Rules, DOT, and European Cargo Securing for Road Transport
